    Pros

    Good company to start your career.Employes are handed responsibilities at a very early stage. Descent starting salary. Performers shouldnt find it difficult to grow in the organization.
    Great co-workers.

    Cons

    Long working hours sometimes.
    Plant is located in a very remote location, where after work life is not great (i am referring to 2005 -2007), not sure how it is now.

    Advice to Management

    Introduce hi-tech technology to improve production quality and efficiency.
