    Pros

    50% discount

Free pair of shoes for spring.

Free pair of shoes for fall.

That's pretty much the only good things.

    Cons

You work all weekends. They schedule you to close and open the very next morning. No Work/life balance, you literally don't have time for friends and family. Mentally exhausting.

    No communication.

    Didn't pay what they offered.

There's only ONE enrollment for health insurance and if you miss out during the enrollment then you are out of luck until the next year.

    Upper management is rude

    Nobody gets held accountable

    Advice to Management

Learn to communicate better. Don't make promises you can't keep. Listen to your employees. Give managers a chance to have weekends off my god!
