    I worked at Stihl

    Pros

The team, the blue collar people who work hard to make Stihl the number one brand.

    Cons

The middle management employees who smile from ear to ear while lies just ooze out and the upper management that promotes the dog eat dog work environment "literally protect your neck" while always reminding you how great Stihl is to you as an employee but employers who treat there people right don't have to say they do, they just do.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to the valid issues, stop throwing money in fires trying to tame them, give it to your employees and they will fight your fires, they make you a manager, with out your people your nothing, so you need them as much as Stihl needs you. Management at Stihl hardly took good advice from its people (idea plus is a scam) so I wouldn't expect them to take this advice so they will probably learn when the unions come in one day because they were to busy posing to address the workforce and it's issues. P.S. You guys look great
