    Terrible.

    Pros

There are no good reasons to work here. Management is Terrible, my own manager told me I lack self confidence because I ask too many questions. What manager says that to their employee?

    Cons

Management will break you down and micromanage all of their employees. I could be away from my computer for 15 minutes using the bathroom, etc. and I will come back to a message from my manager very angry with me that I was away for 15 minutes. The management criticizing everything you do, if you make a very minor mistake that is very much fixable, they will go off on you and tell you how terrible of a worker you are. Save yourself and do not work here.

    Promising Growth

Mar 6, 2021 - Compliance Supervisor in Farmington Hills, MI

    Pros

    - Management is receptive to new ideas and innovations - Always looking for talented individuals - Flexible with scheduling and personal issues as they arise - Have taken COVID precautions very seriously - Huge career growth opportunity for those who are willing to invest their time and energy - Does not discriminate against non-offensive tattoos/piercings/hairstyle/coloring. Most accepting and diverse firm I've ever worked for - you can be who you are without worry!

    Cons

    - Management can often be spread thin due to covering for open positions (insert you here!) - For reason above primarily, training does not always come automatically - if you are needing more, individuals must be vocal and willing to reach out - Stringent and demanding work environment due to the numerous regulations the firm must adhere to

Productive High Volume Firm- Growth Minded

Feb 12, 2021 - Human Resources/Accounting Manager in Farmington Hills, MI

    Pros

The Firm is always looking to grow, and to develop. The Firm is not the same Firm from a year ago or two years ago. There is a drive toward automation, and streamlining operations - that when paired with a mission to train and promote hard-working individuals -is a recipe for success. Individuals with a strong work ethic and the ability to problem solve can certainly find a great potential employer in the Firm.

    Cons

Individuals who cannot read manuals and can work independently - will be challenged. Individuals who cannot communicate needs and concerns - to leadership, and need to be micro-managed, will be challenged. The Firm is a high volume collection law firm - and individuals unfamiliar with working high volume, or where an individual hires into a position that requires consumer interaction but is unfamiliar with the rigors of regulatory compliance and consumer engagement - will be challenged.
