Pros
Work from home is the only Pro
Cons
They don't care about Stylists-You will be blamed for EVERYTHING and stylists stats are riduclous. The inventory is NEVER there and when it is it's old outdated and clients complain all the time that we need better quality and stop with the same pieces that just keep getting reinvented. Nothing fresh ever!

Good Job if you need extra income
May 24, 2023 - Part Time Stylist in New Orleans, LARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Learning how innovative customer service technology can be. Putting together styles.
Cons
Not a lot of inventory to style people. There were constant complains from customers and stylists that there was no options. There’s a big turnover of stylists so clients will not have the same stylist and can tell.

Avoid this sinking ship
May 23, 2023 - Data Scientist in San Francisco, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Coworkers are great in data science
Cons
- Management doesn't have a clue - There is no overarching strategy - They lie about compensation, and retaliate against people who speak up - Stock has dropped about 50% over the last year, and almost 97% from its short squeeze in 2022 - Lack of responsibility -- keep blaming Apple privacy regulations or overall market for company performance, despite SFIX losses consistently being worse than the S&P 500 - CEO is keeping seat warm until the next person takes up the challenge

A Disappointing End
May 22, 2023 - Senior Stylist in Los Angeles, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Hours were super flexible at first but that has changed dramatically. A company and job with a lot of potential that is now a dead end.
Cons
Very run of the mill corporate tech company. Unorganized with no focus on Employees. They constantly ran out of inventory + felt that any employee concern was "not solution-focused" {enter your fav meaningless corporate jargon here} Better than working in store but don't expect to move up or have your voice heard. Clearly, the focus to replace all stylists with AI to the disappointment of customers + employees

-Pick how many hours you will work each day (in advance) -Good onboarding -User friendly platform
