    Pros

As a junior you work a 40 hour week. If you should work more you will get the same amount of hours off some other time. This makes it easy to balance work life and private life. Also you can easily work part time.

    Cons

Not all are professionals. Some employees have worked there for their whole professional lives there and thinks everything should be as it allways have been. They are against change.

    Advice to Management

Since you can not give the same salaries as private companies you should really make an effort to accnowledge employees that do a good job. Otherwise they will probably leave soon.
