    Pros

Great People to work with. Had a great team dynamic and enviroment. Everyone helped everyone on tasks.

    Cons

Did not give good compensation when comparing surrounding banks with the same position. Also seemed to hire external more than promoting from within.

    Advice to Management

    Promote from within

    Pros

    Pros

Great company, small town family, don't make you telemarket to customers.

    Cons

Opportunities for advancement were given to people with unrelated degrees who had never worked in banking.

    Advice to Management

Love the company. If I still lived in Montana I would work there again!

I worked at Stockman Bank full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The staff at Stockman Bank is very friendly towards customers and co-workers. The work environment is low stress and with the companies current growth promotions are likely for hard-workers.

    Cons

Stockman Bank maintains plenty of staff in case of busy days which are few and far between, especially for some of the smaller town locations. This means very little work for many employees which can become monotonous and dull if you prefer to stay busy.

    Advice to Management

Maintaining smaller staffs at some locations would likely help with your high turnover rates.
