Working with the public; meeting new people; helping others.
Cons
Communication across the different parks. You would work at one park and have the process down and go to another park to work and they would be filling out documentation differently or they hadn't gotten the news of changes with the documentation. It was like none of the parks were on the same page at the same time, which made it difficult when working at multiple parks.

The upper management cares about their people! The company is growing fast and is very professional. My work environment is both positive and comfortable. The compensation is very fair and the potential is very high for this area.

Past reviews have made the company seem to appear in a bad light, however the new structure and team have really made up for that.

Excessive pay for performance that cannot be sustained much longer. Cash in while you can. Money going out faster than it comes in and bills are not being paid.

Regional President consistently asked to manager to violate company policy. Constantly asked to lie or cover for bills to major vendors not being paid, and/or leadership's inability to handle tasks. Exampes. Missing Proofs, Missing Merchandise, Water Not being Paid, Concrete supplier not being paid. Telling customers they can have things to get the sale done, and then upper management doesn't follow through to get it done. HR is inconsistent with company policy/protocols (routine witch hunts and false allegations demoralize culture) HR is novice and non-compliant. Outsourcing HR has been recommended.

Leaving a toxic work culture & getting my integrity back! Don't be fooled, the good reviews were written by employees, I should know, I had to write one at the behest of the jokes at corporate!

Preying on the Families of the Dead! Working at a company who's stock has been reduced to a Penny-Stock. at the behest of corporate good for nothings, just trying to save their jobs! Stonemor continues to spiral downward, as they hemorrhage ethics , honesty, and employees. Ask yourself, do you really want to go to the homes of the relatives of the dead, to hustle them to buy gravestones and burial plots, get used to it! Oh, and you are only paid on Pre Need Sales, so I hope you like cold calling people to buy tombstones?!
