    I have been working at Stonebridge Companies full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Great full benefit, free hotel stays after 1 year anniversary, many opportunity within the company

    Cons

    Did not get full 40 hours when hotel was very slow

    I have been working at Stonebridge Companies

    Pros

    Great benefits such as paid-time off after 1 year, holiday pay, eco-pass for light-rail and buses, etc... Amazing management that truly cares, lots of advancement for improvement, schedule cooperation for college students... I absolutely love this company and look forward to a great future!!

    None. Absolutely love everything about the company.

    My advice would be to continue with current initiatives and keep caring for your teams!

    I worked at Stonebridge Companies

    Pros

    My co-workers were great! I learned what kind of company I do not want to work for. If you don't like a co-worker, they won't be there for long (nobody is there long).

    Cons

    Management is only at the hotel from 8am-4pm every day. You are expected to do management's role for very little pay. No employee recognition. No giving back to the community (fundraisers, volunteering, etc.). High turnover rate of employees. Management says they promote from within-it's a lie.

    Advice to Management

    You are in a 24/7 operation. Managers should be there in the evenings and on weekends. Treat your staff better-pay them better and promote them. And Mr. Dimond, instead of seeking recognition and awards from your donations to DU, why don't you pay your employees a fair wage?
