    Pros

    They provided my work uniform.

    Cons

    At every turn they've made it clear they give zero cares about the fact that people, not robots, work for them. Inconsistent hours, won't give you full time so you can get benefits, fired us all during COVID-19 instead of laying us off or putting us on standby. Years of work with the company meant nothing. We'll have to reapply as if we've never worked there. All seniority, merit raises and perks are gone. No guarantee they'll hire one of us that they fired instead of someone else.

    Pros

    Typically most GM's care about their employees

    Cons

    When the Coronavirus hit, they full on terminated everyone at the hotel levels except managers. No notice, just see ya. Shows they don't really care about their employees only money. Where other hotels are just laying off or at least maintaining benefits, Stonebridge just full on fired everyone. Even those of us that have been loyal for 2-5 years.

    I worked at Stonebridge Companies full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    You're offered some decent perks through the company if you are able to find time to travel. Management seemed to allow employees to solve problems on their own without requiring constant check-ins/status updates.

    Cons

    Due to management spending more time hands off, they tend to disappear, and topically it is when things get busiest. You tend to not be sure of what"power" you possess as a front desk agent as your management will often swap between backing you on decisions made while they were absent, or reprimanding you for them (often in front of guests in order to make the guest feel empowered over employees).

    Quality of life is higher here than many other hospitality companies, professional development is definitely encouraged, benefits are strong

    Vacation time early in your career not as generous as other companies

    None that are worth anything!

    Cons

    I have a co-worker that had a baby and received an email that she was terminated. FOR HAVING A BABY! Co-worker had a baby and less than 3 weeks later, when her dr wouldn't clear her, found out she was terminated. Now this mom is facing homelessness with a newborn. Very shady and discriminatory practices! Not a company I want to continue to work for!

    Great colleagues, OK benefits, Opportunities for growth are there if you're fine with being a doormat.

    Cons

    Poor pay, micromanaging, unprofessional leaders, Little to no work/life balance, "My way or the highway" culture, Consistently being told how to do your job by persons who have no experience in your field, Senior leadership care only about customer satisfaction with little to no regard for employee satisfaction.
