I have been working at Stonehill College (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Stonehill attracts dedicated and loyal employees who form a tight-knit, compassionate community. Stonehill faculty and staff find a true vocation in higher education and constantly strive to improve quality and expand knowledge and skills. Stonehill tends to promote from within, so it's a great place for new professionals.

    Cons

Stonehill's familial atmosphere can sometimes feel too familial--with some of the issues associated with intense family dynamics, indirect communication patterns, and resistance to cultural change.

    Advice to Management

Focus on innovation, technology, creativity, and out-of-the-box thinking.
