    Everyone is passionate about what they do, and it leads you to become more passionate and Crete as greater sense of purpose for you.

    Cons

    Sometimes class size is big and the bureaucracy of a University is hard to navigate. The size of the campus takes some getting use to as well.

    Great atmosphere, employees are great to work with.

    Jealous director that doesn't like to look bad and will dismiss you and tell you its due to budget cuts, then tell others something diferent.

    Advice to Management

    Vet your mgmt team better, its shouldn't be about putting your unqualified buddies in the wheelhouse, it should be in the best interest of the business and patients.
