    Pros

    - colleagues with good experience and right working manner
    - consumer board and bio material offer lots of positions which can get touch with many industries and applications

    Cons

    - still the same "old paper industry" behavior and mentality
    - slow decision making from top to middle management
    - on execution level, knowledge and experience shortage is quite obvious at many places

    Advice to Management

For those who really want to make a career break through, go somewhere else.

I have been working at Stora Enso full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I received some life changing oportunities in this company, plenty of experience gained here - both good and bad. I had a pleasure to work with one of the brightest minds from all over the world. Some managers are inspiring and very motivating.

    Cons

Lately, management inexperience is quite apparent, especially after the newest reorganization which left the organization with too many junior-specialist-for-12-years-turned-director types with no communication, planning or delegation skills.

    Advice to Management

Some kind of job rotation should be implemented for IT personel, to remind people why are we here. Investing in the key leadership skills development of low to mid management wouln't be bad either.
