I have been working at Stork Craft full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Minimal supervision. Friendly co-workers. Relaxed office environment.

    Cons

Favoritism. Non-utilization of human potential. Lack of interest in growing departments. Lack of interest in employee morale. Hypocrisy. Lack of supervision of upper management by Corporate.

    Advice to Management

Manage. Care for not just the monetary growth of the company, but for the people that are making your livelihood a possibility. Enable them the same satisfaction not only within their professional lives, but their personal lives as well. Pay people fairly. Do not promote based on length of time at the company, but for attitude, and contribution. Discipline without hypocrisy. Allow people to have their personal lives...

I worked at Stork Craft full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nothing I can really think of except if you get sick at work they will send you home to work. If you really want something done your way, you have to make it seem like it was their idea

    Cons

They tell you to do the job but don't give you the tools to do it, they expect you to do everything but give you nothing. You are expected to be on time, take short breaks and short lunches if any, then, if you have an idea of how to make things better, they tell you to do it the way that they want it done even if it's wrong. Then you end up doing it a few different ways before you end up doing it the way you said

    Advice to Management

What's the point, they won't listen to anything that they're told. They're old school and think that they know everything.
