I have been working at Strategic Products And Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexibility, great coworkers. Autonomy. Opportunity to take on as much as you can handle.

    Cons

Constant changes in management, high attrition, lack of unified messaging. Different LOBs are siloed, little cooperation across teams. Low salaries.

    Advice to Management

You can't continue to exist this way. Your employees are afraid every day is their last, and our reputation is suffering, industry-wide.

I worked at Strategic Products And Services full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Work from home. Reasonable pay.

    Cons

This company is going down quickly. They are the largest reseller of Avaya, and Avaya went bankrupt in January, 2017. They tried diversifying by buying a Cisco company, and every single one of the Cisco engineers quit. Microsoft employees are also jumping ship. They are laying off about 40-50 employees every 3 months indefinitely. The company has been up for sale for quite awhile, but who would want it. Bonuses and Raises are stopped. Avoid. They are not hiring, anyway. If you work there ... polish your resume.

    Advice to Management

They got themselves into this mess, and they are displaying their incompetence with trying to get themselves out.

I have been working at Strategic Products And Services full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

SPS has great employees and the culture of the company is wonderful. Technical resources are very knowledgeable and willing to help. Ability to work from home is a plus.

    Cons

As a company that has grown through acquisition, systems and process need improvement. Management is aware of the issues and has plan in place.

    Pros

Great team of people who are genuinely hard-working.

    Cons

Management does not seem to be interested in investing or retaining good workers. With the constant failure of new systems recently implemented, it makes the daily duties much harder than it should be.

    Advice to Management

They don't care about their employees.
