    Pros

flexible work environment so that work from home is very possible. You're treated as a professional and expected to work 40+ hours but are not micromanaged. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. The benefits are generous (23 days vacation to start)

    Cons

No career growth and because it's a consulting company, the bench is 30 days.

    Advice to Management

    Get more salespeople

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Colleagues are very nice, lots of activities, sharing. It's kind of like family. Really enjoy working with my friends there.

    Cons

Technical level is relatively low, too much emphasis on communication. If you are graduates, working in SSS is kind of killing you career. The compensation is worse since acquired by Capgemini.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

A diverse group of employees working in a friendly environment with minimum oversight and micro-management.

    Cons

Ultimately run by the owners; people who have only the bottom line in mind, at the expense of everything else. Executive Management Committee made up of well meaning people, ultimately falling fowl of the aforementioned board members, swooping down to undermine any potentially beneficial moves toward moral boosting and/or employment ethics.

    Advice to Management

Capital outlay will be notably reduced where outsourcing hits, in place of dividends.
