At this small firm, you will be tasked with projects that pertain directly to the projects the team that you are assigned to will be working on and you will be able to sit in on intimate meetings where you are welcome to ask questions. The small office also allows you to experience the interplay between each teams and see how deals are made and finished from from start to finish.
Cons
Due to the small nature of the firm there may be some downtime in project assignments depending on how busy your assigned analyst is that day.

Introductions to every team and what they do from sourcing to trading Since, it's a smaller company you're seated right next to some of the biggest people in the company. Only hearing them talk inspires you. Got to talk to the CFO at the summer outing. Everybody is very approachable and welcoming. Open pantry, order free food!
