    Pros

Flexible with time off for family issues. Cutting edge technology (cellular).

    Cons

There is an inner circle that if you are not part of it, your opportunities are limited. Pay is not fair, some people make much more than they should

    Advice to Management

Try to have3 a constant strategy for more than 1 week. Try to take a longer view of the world.

  2. "Alot of effort is put in telling a story, actually executing those stories is a whole other thing."

I worked at Strax full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Relaxed atmosphere
    Fast market (phones change fast!)
Freedom. perform your work in any way you want (see minus)
Colleagues & management are very approachable

    Cons

    Freedom, unless it costs money.
People always cover themselves within their job description (fear of losing their job?)
    Very much 9 to 5
Almost no focus on personal development (no hr)
no career perspective for most people
All everyone speaks of is gross profit

    Advice to Management

Create a strategy, stick with it.

Focus on people not just profit.

    Be more open
