I worked at Stream Global Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I worked for Dell in prior years and had no problem getting hired. I met a ton on friends whom I still say in touch with. Recreation area and food to buy within reach. PTO and Holiday pay was good.

    Cons

Worked 4x10 weekly shifts and was only allowed to use the bathroom on my break or lunch. You get two 20 minute breaks and one 30 minute lunch on a 10 hour shift. So you could go 3-4 hours straight with no bathroom break.

No pay raises unless you move up the ladder (which is very hard to do, but females always seem to always get them, probably because it's 95% males who work there)

They report your employment to creditors. After 3 weeks of working there I was automatically garnished from some credit card I had 20 years ago. Never in my life have I ever seen this before. So I worked there paying off super old debts which I ended up filling bankruptcy so the garnishments would stop.

Always stay in queue on the phone, you must be efficient in your notes while helping customers with tech support even if it means they are on silent hold while you type away and the customer has to deal with long call times because of it.

Get down in your efficiency and get fired, go over in your PTO and get fired, don't dress the part gets sent home and/or eventually fired.

I quit this job and it was the biggest stress relief EVER! One of the greatest days of my life.

    Advice to Management

More positive feedback, better pay, and give raises with reviews. I'll never be back! WOOT!

I worked at Stream Global Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Working there was slightly better than being homeless.

    Cons

Horrible working conditions, coworkers, pay, petty rules, health insurance, management, hours, and even dress code. There were furries working there that would dress up like foxes and wolves every day. It's hard to take your job serious when there is a dude in the next cubicle over that thinks he is a forest animal in human form.

    Advice to Management

I'm not sure. I felt like they knew how terrible the place was to work as I did... My advice is there is hope. Just remember to never mention you worked at Stream on your resume as it has a very poor reputation with hiring managers.

I have been working at Stream Global Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There are no pros of working at this call center. It literally was the worst environment, the most uneducated management team I have every meet. Terrible.

    Cons

Unprofessional, a lot of issues with the payroll system, terrible hiring process, very rude management that doesn't do there job at all. Usually find them laughing and standing around. Only good thing about this job is how much it payed other than that I would never recommend this job to anyone. This job is for the birds!!!

    Advice to Management

Get it together asap! Your running someone else's business.
