    Pros

You can play xbox on the company's time

    Cons

Building is a large warehouse environment. Management barely interacts with front line employees. Customer facing employees are given a very restrictive amount of options, and have to ask for non-existent floor supervisors in many cases.

    Advice to Management

Stop treating customer facing employees like refuse.

I worked at Stream Global Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Working there was slightly better than being homeless.

    Cons

Horrible working conditions, coworkers, pay, petty rules, health insurance, management, hours, and even dress code. There were furries working there that would dress up like foxes and wolves every day. It's hard to take your job serious when there is a dude in the next cubicle over that thinks he is a forest animal in human form.

    Advice to Management

I'm not sure. I felt like they knew how terrible the place was to work as I did... My advice is there is hope. Just remember to never mention you worked at Stream on your resume as it has a very poor reputation with hiring managers.
