    Pros

    I worked there for about 2 1/2 years and got to work with a diverse group of people. It was a setting where internal promotion and career development where taken seriously and many people got a second chance or first at leveraging themselves professionally. I was given opportunities to take on new and increased responsibilities which can be rare in outsourcing and call center environments.

    Cons

    It was an outsourcing call center environment and like is common to those settings and jobs there could be a fair amount of pressure given the pay.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

    Training on updated Dell systems

    Cons

    Extreme favoritism, promotions not based on performance, it's who you know, slow and lagging tools that are provided- mainly their company software. Hire anybody off the street even if they have no clue about computers. I along everyone else had their pay cut in 2009 due to what they said was the bad economy.

    Advice to Management

    Don't just focus on the numbers on the spreadsheet. Focus on letting agents help the customer and provide the tools and guidance necessary instead of blowing them off.

    Easy work. Working w/ walks of all life

    Cons

    Small town mentality. Management staff abused power, played favorites, it literally felt like high school. The contract I was on had the management team completely disconnected. They didn't know the clients policy, obviously, their processes weren't documented nor understood by the people training the new people. It was sincerely a cluster f--- from h---

    Advice to Management

    Make processes. stick to processes the that make sense. be more helpful rather than giving nasty attitude towards people who don't pick up quick on your one word responses to serious work related questions. Be more professional and less anal

    Pros

    The people I worked with was really the main thing that kept me working here. Before our site was bought out by Convergys I worked as a fraud prevention agent and the stress of losing my job was a constant reminder. I got better at my job and like most call centers, it was revolving door with people quiting or just not showing up. I'm lucky they hired such great people I really had a family of friends when I got to work.

    Cons

    If you aren't a fast learner in a call center with a tough job it can be a bit overwhelming

    good for people who love to work over 40 hrs a week, fun atmosphere always opportunities to move up plenty of training

    Cons

    no consistant schedule constantly changing with short notice, lunch breaks

    Pros

    Friendly people. Tech support was fun. Used to have good time off.

    Cons

    Upper management doesn't know what they are doing. COO of the company will not return you emails if you have a complaint. She just cares about the offices overseas. Will not pay you right away. You have go wait about a month before your first day. They will fire you after your 3rd bad survey. If you were sexually harassed. They will suspend the person who did it and fire you. I would recommend this company to anyone. There is no sick time or VA action. And if you do get payed for holidays. They pay you on 5 to 6 hours. Not the whole 8 hour shift. If you have to work on a holiday. There is no time 1/2 either.

    There is no such thing as pros the only pro was some of the people of that I worked with that was it

    Cons

    Not somewhere I would recommend for anybody to work if you're needing to start a job and can't find work anywhere else than this will be a place to start

    Have better requirements better pay
