Some really good, very smart people. Unfortunately this does not apply to the CEO
Cons
Many reviews have referred to the CEO as narcissistic and I can't think of a more fitting description but I would add dishonest as a descriptor as well

- The company currently doesn't have a dedicated People Team to refer to, with regard to employee matters, personal or professional - Even though there is a strong social and wellbeing culture focus, the support from upper management regarding these is lacking. - No support mechanism for neuro-divergent/autistic employees - Due to the recent departure of key roles, employees are required to take on more work than they can handle, and still be expected to deliver on time. - Upper Management to be more transparent and clear on company matters when it comes to job security and changes that could impact employees - Line Management needs improving

Pros
Streetbees is a great company to work at ! I am a remote employee and I can balance my family life and work life at great level. As company grows every day you get to learn new things and chance to take a role at different tasks that makes your job exciting.

- The most exciting challenges for a DevOps Engineer: a startup that grew very quickly and it's now focusing on stability and reliability from top to bottom - The technology team has a lot of agency on the current tech stack and also a lot of freedom to choose the best implementations for the new architecture - Great managers and Product Owners, a lot of them with technical backgrounds, which means that they understand what it's actually realistic to expect on each sprint/cycle. - A lot of exceptional home-grown talent (VPs, C-Level Executives and Tech Leads) - All the usual good stuff that a company aligned with current times offers: inclusion, full remote work for those who want it, awesome compensation, time off when needed, awesome offices, a rockstar CEO (love you Tugce), awesome people and great career advancement opportunities.

- The company is going through the growing pains of a startup trying to go to the next level, so the lack of consolidated processes might not suit everyone (I like it because it means that I get to participate on the decisions to create said processes) - Why didn't I join sooner?

- As the company is growing so fast, there are lots of opportunities for progression - If you have any ideas for improvement, everyone's open to hearing them and implementing them - Being able to work with so many kind and talented people is hands down the best thing about working here - The company has a flexible working policy, so you can work from home for three days a week

- Streetbees is very fast-paced, which might not be the right fit for those who aren't looking for this - In the start-up culture, things can change very quickly, so you must be adaptable
