    Pros

Stryker offers a strong name and reputation, Their products are superior and their non-management employees are top-notch, They do offer good benefits and credibility for a strong resume builder.

    Cons

Stryker offers a strong name and reputation, The common used word around Stryker was "opportunity," Unfortunately "opportunity" is not determined by merit, skill, knowledge or drive but rather determined by luck, timing and irrationality.

    Advice to Management

Talent comes with a price and unfortunately Stryker chooses not to pay that price to develop and retain talent. They often treat employees as if they are doing them a favor by employing them.

I worked at Stryker full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Stryker is a great company to work for. Stay clear of this reprocessing division. All of the other divisions are better than this bush league division.

    Cons

Stay away from SSS..you can make more money at Denny's. Also it's flat out disgusting. 10+ hours a day picking up used devices for pennies..literally pennies!

    Advice to Management

Dump all of the Ascent losers before its too late.
