Stryker employees and teammates are helpful, I didn’t meet one person in the team I didn’t like. You are very busy throughout the day covering cases, so it is not an 8-5 office job. What I really liked was that you were out in the field day-to-day.
Cons
Be aware that there is not as much work life balance as other jobs. You are working off of the doctors schedule so you will be covering cases on their time. Expect 5am-5pm days.
