    Lots of really nice people doing an excellent job growing the company

    Many of the interns never had enough work to do

    The pay and benifits are pros

    The higher management has been there so long that the lower level positions are a revolving door. The work environment is very aggressive.

    Advice to Management

    listen to some of the complaints being made. And invest more in new employees. Be more helpful rather then spiteful

    Pros

    Overall great company to work for. I worked in the Ft. Lauderdale office for 10 years. Hired out of college and worked my way up. Generally most of the co-workers are friendly leading to long term friendships.

    Cons

    Senior management Micro-managages staff.

    Advice to Management

    Put your trust into the employees you've hired. No need to micro-manage.

    employees are generally talented and capable

    WARNING! STAY AWAY! Very hierarchical work environment. Constantly firing people and people leaving constantly. If you are hired, you could be asked to leave after 3 months if you do not perform to management expectations or if key individuals do not like you

    Pros

    discount, allowance, flex hours, exciting changes but it will take a lot of time, monthly birthday celebrations. people who were there with the company are very nice

    Cons

    corporate's upper management is very disorganized and seems like they dont know what theyre doing, especially some recent hires. communication is poor and there is no support or growth for current employees since they like to hire senior levels who will not do any of the dirty work. high turnover rate

    communicate with one another and support development of your employees. set out clear and realistic expectations

    Building relationships with clients is a great way to succeed! The store is not as busy so you have time to really service clients.

    Cons

    The systems need an upgrade. The POS program needed a clientele system.

    Stay friendly and personable to keep the employees happy and comfortable.

    Great perks, a good amount of "small family business" culture left over with coworkers who have worked there for 10+ years

    Cons

    Company has been bought out a few times there were lots of management and reporting changes with the new acquisition

    Try to maintain family culture while growing business
