    Vice President and supervisor were a delight to work with everyday.

    Cons

    Some co workers thought they were your supervisor but that’s typical in the work place.

    Pros

    Great learning experience from wearing multiple hats. Size of company and corporate teams allows for a lot of exposure.

    Cons

    The company and leadership do not know how to value and retain good talent. Good people get burnt out and are underpaid. There is a lack of accountability and organization with leadership team.

    Advice to Management

    There needs to be a restructuring and right sizing of teams, responsibilities as well as compensation in order to motivate individuals to do good work.

    Pros

    -shoe allowance
    -great benefits
    -strong training
    -strong sense of community (store level only)

    Cons

    -consistent PAYROLL issues with no resolution
    -egotistic corporate team
    -lack of communication from corporate
    -lack of empathy from corporate in regards to pay errors

    Advice to Management

    -GET IT TOGETHER!!!
    -figure out a way to pay us for money earned; implement a new system and hire new people... been waiting on money owed since December 2017. Shame on this company!
