    * Interesting work being done around e-commerce and social commerce
    * Fun people, relaxed work environment
    * Remains fairly independent of eBay overhead, which is nice
    * Great location in SF
    * Worldwide presence with exciting opportunities to grow
    * Strong brand

    * Company has a great vision but needs help in executing

    I feel empowered at StubHub and like I am entrusted to make decisions within the area of expertise I was hired for. Similarly, I feel as though I'm provided a work environment that allows me to grow and learn from the people around me and those people contribute to my success every day.

    Pros

    Compnay has a very open culture, everyone is willing to share. Great work-life balance, and even greater support from upper Management. Lot of opportunities to work with new technology and C level very open to change.

    Cons

    There are no real cons, opportunities can become what ones want them to be. It is upto the individual.

    Pros

    Great benefits, lots of perks for going to live events.
    Compensation is good.
    Industry product, as there is something for everyone.
    They are good at talking about the vision for the company, and filtering down the goals for the employees.

    Cons

    Management moves slowly
    Big company culture
    They can take too long to get rid of dead weight within the organization.

    Pros

    Exciting before eBay. Entrepreneurial, data focused.

    Cons

    Post eBay became another blahd corporation. eBay brought in senior managers cutting off a lot of promotion opportunities. Also Senior Management we given groups to run when they had no experience of doing any of the jobs in their groups.
