    Pros

Good insurance, nice people, offers onsite benefits to employees , very employee friendly, my management team was awesome , the people I worked with were really great also

    Cons

I was not comfortable working in the area that my department was in...no windows...claustrophobic , I know it's for the protection of their product but security is a little off

I have been working at Stuller full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The people are great, very family oriented. The work is challenging and there is a lot of opportunity for growth.

    Cons

There are way too many meetings. It's a high-security environment so it's a minor pain to come and go. The company can be slow to make changes.

I have been working at Stuller full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Very good sense of family in the office space. Best team to work with in my entire career so far

    Cons

PAY PAY PAY. So many promises of promotions and pay raises with nothing to show. It's very frustrating. Also, although talk of moving up the ladder is voiced, these positions are not going anywhere anytime soon. Your basically stuck at the bottom of the totem pole for at least 5 years.

    Advice to Management

Management that works directly with you is great. I believe they actually care about you and your future, but since everything has to move up the ladder for raises, promotions, etc... When the request is sent in, anyone with the power to approve such promotion doesn't know or give 2 cents about you or what your capable of.

I worked at Stuller (More than 8 years)

    Pros

The people you work beside are top notch. They truly become you're family away from home. There are so many diverse positions that if you get tired of one thing you can always try something else. You could literally spend your life there and never get bored. It's ever changing, so things are always new and exciting. It's fast paced, so you won't fall asleep.

    Cons

Management does NOT care about the employees. They all stick together, and you don'tt have a voice. It's not the same company that once was great. They used to pride themselves in never firing their people. They've already gotten rid of over 20 people in the past few months...People who have been there for literally decades. They plan on getting rid of more. They send a lot of work to Mexico, so we are losing revenue in the states and quality is down.

    Advice to Management

You want your consent to be great like it once was...remember the golden rule. If you take care of your employees they will take care of you. When you don't, you can't expect them to back your cause. And keep the work in the US!!!!

    Cons

Very slow moving, reactionary, very tribal / cliquey

    Advice to Management

Adoption of modern technology and techniques needs higher emphasis.

I worked at Stuller (More than 8 years)

    Pros

There are no pros when it comes to working with this company because the whole company is strict including the management

    Cons

They keep hiring what I call "trash"into the building since Danny Clark took over like in the past you couldn't have colored (purple, blue, and pink hair) into the building, people wearing short skirts, flip flops and he keeps hiring young college children who have nothing but with horrible attitudes toward them and they know everything!! That is NOT HOW you run a million dollar company! You have to learn very quickly which is sad for the people who are born with learning disabilities and can't learn as fast as other people do!!! Firing people left and right who have been there for a very long time making up the reasons while they are being fired so they can't find work when leaving the company!!!

    Advice to Management

STOP HIRING "TRASHY" people into the building, give more training time to the ones who were and have learning disabilities!!! Stop making up excuses aka lies about why the person is building fired for!!!!
