    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Stutsman Wealth Managment part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very nicely decorated office with comfortably seated furnishings. Plenty of snacks and bottled water. Work is interesting.

    Cons

Too many promises that were not kept. Poor training. Terrible ownership. No focus. Lack of integrity, lack of ethics. He won't be in business for long at the rate he kept changing things. Stability needed badly! Owner didn't follow through with basic needs. Re-startups are hard, but past performance doesn't mean future success is a sure thing. You will be charged a monthly fees for a so called "plan". You won't make a dime here.

    Advice to Management

Treat you so called "Advisors" with more respect and don't use them by making them contact all their family and friends to make You money. Don't blame everything wrong on them.

    Pros

Decent financial strategy. Good feedback from management regarding performance. Good comradery between your peers and the staff. Equal playing field from your start date.

    Cons

Terrible ownership. Lack of integrity, lack of ethics. He won't be in business for long at the rate he kept changing things. Stability needed badly! Owner didn't follow through with basic needs. Startups are hard, but past performance doesn't mean future success is a sure thing.

    Advice to Management

Owner needs to walk away from operations. Be involved to keep the company financially sound. Hire someone with experience to run things.
