Cons
1. Office politics 2. Very poor deadline from management. 3. Dont have a proper flow of work, work is very unorganized, resulting in pressure. 4. *** Very less payment, very less increment, no bonus, very less support from management in terms of payment. 5. Not recommend for 3+ experienced developers.
