I have been working at Sub-Zero & Wolf Appliance full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Pay and benefits are very good. Quality products.

    Cons

Disorganized processes; weak middle management; managers make decisions on how it will make them look rather that what is best for company. Managers job is to enable staff, not to use them as a springboard for their own careers. Arrogant attitudes among more senior staff. Nepotism in company is very unprofessional.

    Advice to Management

Require all office managers to get advanced training in the management of people.

    I worked at Sub-Zero & Wolf Appliance full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Easy work for the pay. People seems to get along. Clean break room and clean bathroom. Growing company. Plenty of parking lots.

    Cons

Working with a bunch of kids with no supervision on the floor, no rules what so ever. People constantly going to other machine to have sometimes 30 mins long conversation. People goofing around most the time and throwing rags at each other. Worst part, almost everybody chews tobacco, even the supervisors, spitting their chews into metal scrap bins!!!freaken disgusting!!!unfair treatment and racism is also a big problem. If you're not white, don't even hope for getting hired(temps). I've seen other race who's been working past their temps contract not getting hired on, while white workers who came months after them getting hired on super quick.

    Advice to Management

    Nothing left to say!!!!
