    Pay by hour is good

    Benefits need to be better. No yearly raises. It takes over 2 years of working before you get vacation that you can use

    Take care of issues regarding proficiency. Instead of trying to be everyones friend. Be a supervisor

    decent weekly pay, great people to work with.

    not the normal vacation you can earn, no personal time off, no sick pay,
    unfair attendance policy even for personal emergency's of personal sick days.

    Decent pay.

    90% employer paid insurance.

    Fast paced environment.

    Free gym and clinic.

    Lack of communication between office management and floor employees.

    Lack of standard procedures across all lines.

    Many work related injuries.

    Confrontational attitudes from higher ups.

    Learn to promote appreciation of your workers through various employee acknowledgment programs.

    Open communication channels to employees and actually listen to what they are saying.

    Company that takes care of its employees. Great facilities and benefits.

    Cons

    Negative culture. Company is very much set in its ways and not very open to change or improvement.

    Advice to Management

    Decentralize decision making. Give teams power and backing to do their jobs correctly and not micro manage everything. Reward positive culture and quality above schedules. Be involved with your people.
