I have been working at Subsea 7 full-time

    Pros

Apparently it is hard to get "fired" from Subsea 7. Not really much positive to say.

    Cons

Very top-heavy, management company. Employees that are good workers who produce are piled high with work. People or managers who do not provide value are allowed to get away with it and stay employed. Very slow career growth (if any).

I have been working at Subsea 7 full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Great benefits with a ridiculous amount of PTO. It is almost impossible to get fired.

    Cons

Pay sucks and unless it is an inflation adjustment or promotion, you will not get a raise. They don't fire people so there is a good chance you will have to carry the weight of useless employees constantly. They don't follow through with promises and don't care about holding you back and stalling your career if it makes them an extra dollar.

I have been working at Subsea 7 full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Benefits are in line with the industry standards.

    Cons

Managed by power hungry subpar managers that lack people skills and experience. Most all of the Management teams are from across the pond and more are coming in which is a disadvantage to well qualified Americans.
