    I worked at Subsea 7 full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Great products, friendly people, desire for innovation and positive change.

    Cons

    Maintenance associates and process engineers will work a lot of weekends, and especially holidays, while the line is down. This may not be a con, especially for hourly associates, but it is worth mentioning to applicants.

    I have been working at Subsea 7 full-time

    Pros

    Apparently it is hard to get "fired" from Subsea 7. Not really much positive to say.

    Cons

    Very top-heavy, management company. Employees that are good workers who produce are piled high with work. People or managers who do not provide value are allowed to get away with it and stay employed. Very slow career growth (if any).
