I have been working at Suburban Electric full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The people are phenomenal to work with everyone wants to help the company grow and we all work so well together in doing it. The growth opportunities are what drew me to Suburban 3 years ago but I stay for the culture and vision of the future our president has.

    Cons

I can’t think of any at this time.

I worked at Suburban Electric part-time for less than a year

    Pros

I enjoyed completing my internship with this company. They are experiencing a lot of growth. Very warm and inviting environment. Tight-knit family feel. Everyone is very supportive and helpful and wants you to succeed. Willing to help you in your career in every way. CEO and President are very personable and close to everyone. They will interact with you on a daily basis and your efforts do not go unnoticed. Employees are the priority. Highly recommend for anyone looking for permanent full-time employment.

    Cons

    I can't think of any.

I have been working at Suburban Electric full-time

    Pros

The company values safety above all else. Most managerial staff are very understanding about life situations and will work with you.

    Cons

Safety is a number one priority and can sometimes be overbearing. There seems to be poor communication between office employees and field employees.
