I have been working at Subway part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You can have fun with coworkers.
You get to chat with regular customers and get connections with them.

    Cons

Working alone especially at night. A lot of perverts out there. The stress of having a line out the door while you are working by yourself. The pay can suck and some stores are sexist. I had men making more than me even though I was over them management wise.

I have been working at Subway full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Easy job to get into initially: only have to be 16 to get in and have some sense of duty.

    Cons

Progression is terrible: I've gone three years without them giving me the automatic raises I should have recieved.

    Advice to Management

Learn to respect your workers! It's a job especially devastating for closers.
