I worked at Subway as an intern (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Internship program set up for success. Many perks of working in the office, many benefits. Always something to do to get involved.

    Cons

Sometimes there is a lull in work. Ebbs and flows, busier in certain parts of the summer and less busy in the winter months.

    Advice to Management

Engage in more conversations with interns, gauging what they are interested in aiding within the department. Invest in the day-to-day with the interns more.
