I have been working at Success Academy Charter Schools full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The work environment is amazing, you're supplied with everything you need (it's nice not to have to spend my own money in supplies) . Teamwork actually exists here, the Principals are not afraid to enter the classroom and lend a helping hand, and the teachers are here for the children and not just a paycheck.

    Cons

The day is longer, but necessary to ensure students aren't being rushed through essential material.

I have been working at Success Academy Charter Schools full-time for less than a year

      Pros

      The benefits are decent

      Cons

Zero work-life balance, management that is entirely inexperienced, lack of professional development - far too many "terminated" instead of being developed, and hiring young, naïve Ivy League graduates who allow Success to take advantage of their dignity. Success cares very little about the treatment of their teachers. If you're hired to teach in a standardized testing grade you will spend the majority of your time...

I have been working at Success Academy Charter Schools

      Pros

I really enjoy the people that I work with. We all share the same love for education and use each other for resources and support throughout the day. The parents are extremely caring and work with you to benefit each child. You are supported each day with staff members both and out of the building from the network. The pay is high and amazing benefits.

      Cons

You work hard but it is worth it to see the improvements in your students.
