    Pros

    Very nice team and intern lead
    Good location right off of the highway
    A lot of out of the office work

    Cons

    Not much room for learning
    No intern compensation
    Do not feel like part of a strong team

    Advice to Management

    Have a more structured intern program, where the interns also learn & improve their agency knowledge

    Interns get hands on working experience. They are treated like their opinion really matters and you work closely with the EVP.

    Cons

    There are really no cons to being an intern here.

    Great experience, a lot of hands on learning in an ultra-friendly environment. Can't say enough good things!

    Great people all around and great place to grow and learn. If you put in the time and the work they will always be behind your efforts and will support you.

    None that I can think of they really always do what needs to be done.

    Try more team building activities maybe with the whole company not just by department.
