I worked at SuccessFactors full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You have a great opportunity to learn outdated technology and Jira.

    Cons

Nothing new. Still using obsolete technology. Not a good place to work for a tech freak person. As a fresher you should never start your career here.

    Advice to Management

Start doing some innovative stuffs. Please get rid of useless lady managers. They should be in politics not here.

    Pros

    - work life balance
    - decent benefits
    - talented people in other offices

    Cons

    - SAP acquisition diluted company. now hiring mediocre talent , too many processes
    - lesser perks after SAP
    - only crying babies have milk, be it promotion or relocation or better compensation
    - lots of politics
    - management guys climbs up ladders faster than good engineers
    - many managers lie a lot and pretend they are very transparent and strive for a clean image, as if other people hearing them are idiots
-SAP too paranoid on its image so that all they care about is somehow getting "best pace to work" badge and they even ask employees to rate well in places like glass door . how pathetic

    Advice to Management

please grow up and at least treat good performing people with what they deserve.
people shouldn't get relocation only if they are close to few people.
