    Pros

Great place to work. People are very friendly. Best job I ever had. Learned a lot in 5 years and hopefully can keep moving up.

    Cons

Too many meetings- but that's a standard corporate thing. As the company grew, the small work environment got emitted with SAP's and it became harder to deal with processes.

    Advice to Management

Better integration methods with the larger company in order to retain the work culture and positive environment without getting stuck into sales driven processes.

    Cons

Not many that I can think of.
