Great Company. Great People. Hard Work.

      Pros

Great people with lots of experience and they are willing to share that experience. The company takes care of its people and provides really good benefits and vacation time. They have an excellent initial training program for new hires.

      Cons

This is work and it is hard work. You have to be self motivated to continue pushing past rejection and fatigue because there isn't someone sitting behind your shoulder to babysit you.

      Somewhat miserable

      Pros

      Decent commission and good benefits

      Cons

This job is somewhat miserable being a call center rep. Management always harping on yoh to make more and more sales. Write ups are way to strict which is why I left the company.

      Pros

Great and skilled people who care, until they ran all the talent off. Good benefits while they last.

      Cons

Management doesn't want quality anymore. They want cheap. Sales tells you a price then its always higher.

      Support

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Good place to start out and learn a lot as far as customer service - if you pay attention and actually care. Chat vs Phone support is much better. Potential for commission if you really try; though most customers are coming (in chat) trying to be discrete behind a monitor to either downgrade, disconnect, or complain about their bill, or tell you to call them (none too which you do/really help with*because you want that commission*). Good benefits. Free cable and internet. That's about it.

      Cons

Poor management. Poor communication. Slow Response Time. No real ability to help the customer unless you provide a dumb downed explanation, direct them to another department, or are able to upgrade them. No longer have the advancement (level 2-4). Commission is good, but since it is hard, it's competitive (the commission plan is awful). HIGH turnover. Too many changes at one time for the customers and the company.

Don't Expect a Progressive Company Culture

      Mar 17, 2016 - Anonymous Employee

      Business Outlook

      Pros

This company is ok to work for. They provide really good benefits and depending on your position, you have a good bit of autonomy to get your work done. They generally support people with families and a work-life balance.

      Cons

Don't expect a great company culture. There is an atmosphere of blame on other departments for shortcomings, technology is a little behind, and there isn't much room for creativity and innovation. Getting something done requires a lot of navigation through red tape and begrudging colleagues.

A lot of overtime in the summer months.
