    Great benefits
    Engaging company culture

    Open door policy with management
    Opportunities for advancement
Daily meal credit, monthly happy hours, birthday celebrations

I have been working at Sugar Mountain full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I enjoy coming to work every day and never know what to expect. The office culture not only embodies the values touted by the company: Integrity, Humor & Grace (to name a few) but fosters an environment where individuality is respected.
In addition, contributing to an organization that has ambitious philanthropic goals gives me a tremendous sense of pride.

    Cons

The construction in the South Lake Union neighborhood makes commuting, even on transit, a bit of a challenge.

    Pros

I could write a book about how great this company is to work for! I've had so many professional and personal experiences concerning the food industry and Sugar Mountain does it right. The company is located in the middle of a bustling city and is a constant state of growth. Lots of opportunity for personal growth and change. No question I've had have gone unanswered, no problem has been too small.. never felt so supported by a company!

    Cons

    None that come to mind

    Advice to Management

    keep it up!

I have been working at Sugar Mountain full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I absolutely love working at Sugar Mountain. SMC employs a diverse group of individuals who are knowledgeable, efficient, and enthusiastic about their roles and departments. I thoroughly enjoy coming to work each day. A generous employee discount for all of Sugar Mountain's yummy products is certainly a welcome perk!

    Cons

Parking downtown can be a struggle, my wish would be for a larger parking lot for all of our employees!

I have been working at Sugar Mountain full-time

    Pros

This is still a small enough place that you can make a difference. Lots of pride in the mission and high standards for quality products. Great offices in a fun location in the city. The company takes care of people -- pays 100% of health insurance premiums for employees. Not a super social place, but they get everyone together a few times a month.

    Cons

Can be chaotic or disorganized at times. Feels like a start up, so if you like that sort of thing could be a plus. Getting better in this area.

    Advice to Management

    Keep improving company-wide communication.
