    I worked at Sullivan's Steakhouse

    Pros

Good pay, Awesome Management, Awesome co-workers, high price point, consistent money. Fast paced environment. guest first environment

    Cons

Working in a restaurant is never fun. Long hours, working holidays. Not every co-worker is awesome, obviously. Location could be better.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. Flexible schedules, keep the quality of food up, keep the usual restaurant shenanigans away. Continue to foster a guest first environemt

I worked at Sullivan's Steakhouse full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Extensive training. I learned a lot in the two weeks of training.

    Cons

If you are a woman, you are forced to wear hosiery, fishnets preferred, and heels. I found a cute pair of boots with some slight heels that were comfortable, and was taken aside and told those weren't cutting it. Long hours. Crazy side work, lots of food prep, including making french onion soups in an oven that was above my head. Terrible money because of overstaffing. Low employee morale, except for the manager's... pets. I quit within a few months, and I was the only one who didn't quit right after training out of a class of 8 new hires.
