    Good company and culture. Enjoyed the opportunity

    Cons

    Too many hours with a startup that wasn't going well. President di not want to hear what was not working.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to people who are doing the job.

    Decision making requires input from too many people. Americans that want to move forward typically go eleswhere

    You are bleeding talent. Be a global company, not so Japanese-centric.

    Ok pay lots of hours to work

    Cons

    Upper management doesnt respect anyone and you only have a short future there when you get close to 15 years the find a way to get rid of you

    Pros

    Good salary and perks, competent and friendly workers, fluent in foreign language, can obtain global experience, lunch/dinning facility etc.

    Cons

    A bit far from the nearest station, crowded commuting from there, relatively conservative culture/people, not as competitive as other trading companies etc.

    Advice to Management

    More aggressive moves into new business areas are required.
    More global experiences are required for young employees for gaining competitiveness

    Pros

    The company is a typical startup and hence there are lot of options to learn. Th code of conduct is also very good here.

    Cons

    The culture is not so nice and the communication skill between employees is weak. There is at times over disciplined in the company as well.

    Advice to Management

    More delegation of authority to employees and better communication.

    nice office location and nice local staff

    Cons

    Japanese staff send to UK for assignment often have very bad attitude
    Local staff is treated very badly
    Ok place if you have no ambition
    Long working hours
