    Pros

    because you have know one to order you around and also i like working with people and i love what i was doing my supervisor were great also.

    Cons

    i do not like to do other people jobs when they are there.

    be aware of all the people around you and know what they are doing.

    Pay, staff, perks, opportunity. FLex in shifts

    Cons

    Not enough diversity, especially for African Americans to promote

    Equal opportunity for all people, too much favoritism. Fair supervisor's.

    I have been working at Summa Health System as an intern

    Pros

    Summa Health System has a Great staff, a wonderful opportunity to learn, supportive management and team members, fast environment, flexible schedule

    Cons

    Some of the cons of working at summa are the benefits for employees and on some floors poor management styles leading to dysfunctional work environments

    I believe that management should consider bringing back some of the employee benefits that were previously available to employees

    Pros

    Very good people to work with that are extremely committed to patient care. Flexible schedules and great benefits. They also offer education assistance.

    Cons

    Short staffed, Poor on giving raises. They have a pretty stiff point system. Do not pay for employees holidays.

    Advice to Management

    Upper management needs to have better communication with lower-level staff, reward hard work with extra compensation in pay and hire more staff.

    Pros

    Hires brand new grad nurses. Comparable starting pay.

    Cons

    Short staff. Supervisors are not helpful. Patients sometimes to acute for level of hospital.
