      Pros

      Working on engineering design projects for wineries, breweries and other clients is both interesting and rewarding. Company really values it's employees. Great opportunity for growth. 9/80 schedule is amazing.

      Great community and support, tight culture and opportunities for learning.

      Cons

      Lack of organization, fast changing deadlines, not enough time to incorporate changes from Mech & Plumbing when they only finish their designs the day before or day of a submission.
