I worked at Summit Rehabilitation and Care Community full-time

    Pros

A very small company feel, very subjective, very personal.

    Cons

There are a lot of cliques in every echelon of leadership. Not a well run company. Business acumen is definitely lacking. Since the merger it has gone downhill.

    Advice to Management

The CEO needs to go back to the way he used to be. He's competent and much more of a human leader than his new associates let him be.

I worked at Summit Rehabilitation and Care Community full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Some of the staff really care about each other, hires new nurses, opportunity to move up if you know who to kiss up to.

    Cons

Owned by Sunmar company, they truly do not care about employees period. Doesn't care about work/family balance or you individually.
