    Pros

Incredible company, lots of room to grow. Promotion from within only! Great opportunity for hard worker with great work ethic, fast learner and always positive. Competitive pay - not 1099. Opportunity to make unlimited income over your wages. Competitive benefits including medical, dental 401K etc. Field enrichments for leadership team including gas and phone reimbursement. In other words, lots of free money to be had just for doing your job! Management staff is fantastic and are extremely supportive and willing to coach. They also have very educational and informative conference calls. Not like your average company. They don't make you want to sleep they actually make you want to listen! Especially the SVP Tom Spiro. He always is excited and had a positive message to share with the group. Always something to learn here. Most important for me...at this company you are not a number. You are a person, and the additional work and commitment you show DOES NOT go unnoticed. Everything you do to benefit yourself and the company is accounted for and appreciated. I've been here 3 years and wouldn't dream of leaving. I appreciate working for people I actually like.

    Cons

The days are long. You must be self motivated, determined, focused and excited. In essence you must be able to manage yourself. (Not necessarily a con, but certainly not something everyone is capable of or looking for) If you are not able to do these things, this job is NOT for you.

    Pros

-Opportunities galore -Advancement is based on your personal success - zero seniority and promotion from within -Income based on performance -Only promotion from within -Fantastic support system -Great network -Work with people you actually like -No micro management -Your success is 100% based on yourself, your development and your ability to develop others -All advancement opportunities foster a team atmosphere as you need to help others advance in order to advance yourself.

    Cons

-Not a job for everyone -Takes a great attitude even in the toughest situations -Sometimes have to deal with angry club management with a smile -Not all stores are busy, but you are still expected to sell - although expectations are not unrealistic -Travel depending on where you live is more than 40 miles - but at least they pay for mileage over this -Tough work life balance if you want to move up within the company

    Pros

Company is always offering networking for people who are coming up in the industry to help others learn. Everyone truly wants you to succeed and the opportunity is there if you reach your hand out to grab it. One can rise in the company quickly, promotion from within. Will always be challenged on a daily basis and work will never be boring.

    Cons

None, working with this company has been one of the greatest opportunities that has come into my life.
