    Social and collegiate company that worked together to achieve amazing . The teamwork that was evident at Sun was

    Cons

    Too slow to adapt amazing technology to market demands. The company invented an amazing amount of technology ( Solaris, Java, SunRay, ZFS ) but got caught out with being late to Linux and Commodity hardware.

    - talented employees who are great at what they do
    - a culture that promotes innovation and change
    - flexible work options + a real work / life balance

    Cons

    - disparate systems + too many of them!
    - lack of strategic direction at a local country level
    - little collaboration between functions/departments
