    Great people, great benefits, not there anymore.

    They no longer exist but it was a hoot while they lasted.

    Pros

    The flexibility of work life balance was excellent even though the demands and expectations were high.

    Cons

    There were some challenges around having a manager located in Scotland - an 8 hour time difference.

    Pros

    Great facilitates. ESPP. SunEd was nice for keeping up with certifications and new products lines. My direct manager was very good.

    Cons

    Treated like an assembly line worker. Management obsessed with metrics. Too reliant on proprietary technology.

    * Reasonably good benefits.
    * Challenging work.
    * I had a great manager!

    * Lack of vision from upper management.
    * Unwillingness to commit resources to the stated vision.

    * Simplify and communicate the vision so that all employees can understand it.
    * Reduce the number of projects to facilitate better execution.

    Pros

    The people are amazing. I've never worked in a company before where your co-workers extend themselves so much to make a project successful and ensure those on the team are not only in sync but have the information and support they need to be successful

    Cons

    The Leadership. This company has so much going for it yet there are those at the executive level who don't seem to understand the word focus.

    Advice to Management

    Replace yourselves. Well not all management just few at the very top. It's great to have big dreams but you also need to know how to execute.
