    Pros

Co-workers are the only pros, They become your second family

    Cons

    Upper Management/ Managers or Higher

    Advice to Management

Get a clue, wake up and see the good people right in front of you that work hard and have passion for their job!!!! Value stream has dropped your success rate and your employees love for their work life!!! HR also needs to wake up and quit lying about not being able to find people which makes it hard on your employees with only half staffing!!!! Good people apply and are told they don't have the qualifications or they have found better a suited candidate.... Really, no they just lie!!! You have lost multiple great employees because of your tactics and practices!!!
