    Pros

Starting pay is ok, decent benefits.Great people, Overall it is a friendly place to be with decent benefits, but they get a little worse and more expensive every year.

    Cons

The raises are pretty bad, they want high performing workers but when you are that model of consistency and go above and beyond they don't give you a better raise then people who just do what they are asked.

    Advice to Management

Start realizing if you want to push for a high performance atmosphere then you must reward the employees who go the extra mIle and who are trying to lead by example. give better raises treat non management with respect .

    Pros

As in most companies, individual experiences greatly depend on the department you work in. Overall it is a friendly place to be with decent benefits, but they get a little worse and more expensive every year. You do not need to take work home with you so good work/life balance.

    Cons

The Exec is working to line their pockets without concern for promoting others. Marketing recruits directly from college so it may not matter for them, but those who have experience are moving on because careers fall flat here. At best, titles change but not salaries.

    Pros

Great place to work if you're a working mom. Nice facilities and there is flexibility in work schedules.

    Cons

The HR department is extremely covert, unfair to those they feel should be happy to have a job. Too many double standards.

    Advice to Management

Stop dealing on the surface. Dig a little deeper and you might get to the root of your problems.

I worked at Sun Products Corporation (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Sun Products has strong position in the fabric care market. The company has competitive salaries and good but expensive benefits. Many areas are strong, such as manufacturing positions.

    Cons

The current business path puts many jobs in jeopardy. The current company holding Sun Products has outsourced or sold off many departments and locations. This always comes as a surprise to the employees.

    Advice to Management

Focus on product quality, market share and employees. This will make the company attractive to new suitors. The current path looks too desperate. All potential buyers can just wait for Sun to become devalued.
