    Pros

Good Salary, Decent Benefit, potential for good bonus. Company flexible with work hours, Summer hours nice benefit when you can take them.

    Cons

Like many places these days we seem to have a smaller number of staff to handle the same amount of work usually handled by larger organizations.

    Advice to Management

Keep communicating to staff. This has been pretty good this far and is real important as we move towards transition to new company.

I worked at Sun Products Corporation as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Some of the best people working hard to win in the market place! This is a very competitive low margin category and the only way to gain share is to be quick which this small size company does well. It does not take long to make decisions which is good. People are held accountable and given atrocity to get the work done.

    Cons

Venture capital calling the shots which does not always work out for the brands. Senior management turn over seems high. Job security is not a song point.

    Advice to Management

Relaunch Surf Liquid in clear bottles with high fragrance and at a premium price.
